A Conversation with Liliana Baylon About Cultural Complexity and Care in Migrant Communities
What does ethical therapy look like when your client has crossed borders, navigated trauma, and the systems meant to help instead sow distrust? Therapist, Advocate and Speaker Liliana Baylon joins Travis Heath for a candid conversation about the complexity of providing mental health care in immigrant communities, and what it takes to move beyond checklist-based cultural competency toward relationship-driven, justice-oriented care. With an emphasis on humility, trust, and lived experience, this live webinar invites you to bring your curiosity and your questions to this grounded, story-rich conversation followed by an extended audience Q&A.
